Ameriflight or Horizon?

Ameriflight or Horizon?
Hi friends. So I have 1460TT, 100ME, and all the 135.243(c) IFR minimums. First question, would Horizon consider me 40 hours short of the required 1500TT? Even if not, and I were to log 40 more hours quickly, I was hoping to get a comparison of QOL between the two carriers. I'm leaning towards Ameriflight, because the pay seems to be a lot better than Horizon. I compared 4 years at Horizon (3 yrs as F/O, 1 as capt) for a gross of $155,928. 4 years at AMF, assuming uprgrades to the 1900 and the EMB 120, yields $224,105. From a $$$ point of view, AMF looks way better.
What about QOL? I know I'd probably be working harder at AMF, and have to deal with all-day layovers at the out station, plus a lot of flying on the back side of the clock. What's more, I'm stuck @ Horizon for 3 years as SIC, whereas AMF you're PIC from day one, and I've heard that some pilots go straight into the Beech 99, without ever seeing the Navajo. So PIC turbine time right away.
Then again, AMF has some pretty tired old machines, whereas the Q-400s are state of the art.
Thoughts?

Do you want to work continually 5-6 days a week and be home every night (at worst maybe 8pm to 4am)? Or would you rather have a more nights away from home in exchange for more days off in a given month?
Also upgrades at AMF are very dependent on you being willing and able to move to where ever the opening is. Which could be SEA or alway in BQN and/or a myriad of places in between.
You're going to fly more hours at QX vs. AMF. QX will have better travel benefits than AMF last time I checked as AMF only has jumpseat agreements with Southwest, UPS, FedEx, and Spirit; not that you'll be able to travel much given the schedule.
