Oral - Know special emphasis areas, risk managment PAVE. Stalls and Spins and what you have to have to get an aircraft in a spin (uncoordinated flight).

Single engine aerodynamics. TAPS - Roll Roll Yaw Yaw...

Control ability start with surfaces having authority - how does a surface get authority - over a certain airspeed.

Unusual attitudes, if the Examiner screws up correct him in a nice way.

What kills you faster a student who is just always great pilot, or one who barely is getting it together.... great pilot as instructors we let up.

Clearing turns do them.

Fly spot landings and know the speed you are going to fly the final segment at and be prepared to tell Examiner...

There is a bunch more, my MEI (initial no cfi first) was 4 hours oral 2 breaks, 1.5 flying....

But don't stress think of it as taking someone for a ride.

Good luck, fun rating

Forgot to add- know the route memory responses to the FOI material they always ask that.

Biggest thing don't just start answering a question about how you would teach without getting some info on who you are teaching... got to know how to motivate.

A good examiner may ask how do you keep 2 diff. students motivated: 1) young kid parents making them fly - not really into it - money is no object, and 2) Guy whose into it extremely but very little finances?

student 1) find something to motivate such as video games, challenges, future desires, money sex power...

student 2) structure lessons to accomplish the most, like long cross country and night lessons...

theres a lot more pm me if needed...
