Default Dispatcher hiring situation

In the U.S., are any of the airlines or corporate handling agencies hiring these days? Where would someone with a new certification but no experience start?

Try the ACMI cargo operators..... Atlas, Kalitta, Southern, ABX....etc.....

A couple of years ago, TransStates hired some newly certificated dispatchers. PSA might be interested.
