Another incident reporting question
Gents,
I have a question regarding incidents on airlineapps.com. During my instruction career, one of my private pilot students was involved in an incident while on a solo flight.Do I, as the supervising CFI, need to worry about mentioning this incident on airlineapps.com, though I was not in the aircraft at the time?

Update: I just found the FAA's Privacy Act request page to request the FAA's information on my own record. Posted the link for others who may find this helpful:
Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996 (PRIA)

If the FAA in any way contacted you (phone, letter of investigation etc...) regarding this, I'd say yes.
I had an aircraft incident way long ago and EVERY regional I applied to didn't really care much about it. I'd say list it for your own piece of mind.

Thanks for the input. The FAA reply to my Privacy Act request showed no accident/incident/enforcement action record. This occurrence was over a year ago, so I wouldn't expect it to be added to my record at this point.
The FAA were surprisingly fast with this request also - submitted on a Saturday, received the official reply Monday morning.

Some airline applications specifically ask if a student under your supervision was ever investigated.
Unless they ask that, or unless you get a formal LOI or worse, I would not mention it.
Most airlines don't worry about what your students did because there's a significant element of luck there, so it's not really a great indication of you.
