Delta email/flight training/airlineapps
DL recently emailed me saying my education was incomplete as I did not list any aviation flight schools or training academies, and asked me to please go back to airline apps and update.
I'm a Part 61 guy through and through. Multiple FBO's, random CFI's, pulling the career together, one ladder run at a time. No real "flight school" except a random assortment of FBO's, and certainly no academies. The only section I seem to find that works is under general education. Airlineapps clearly states to supply "Professional Flight Schools" in this section, but does Warren the CFI guy count as a professional flight school, or is it just semantics at this point?
The airlineapps format is limiting, and I must supply a GPA.
I'm listing "Professional Development" as school type, and under Program I list "Other" and the certification I achieved there (Private Pilot, etc). Under GPA, I list 4.0 since I passed. The dates I correspond with the month I got my certificate as much training was done bouncing around different airports squeezing out airplanes and instructors from different kind-hearted souls.
Does anyone see any issues with this? I'm trying to fulfill the requirement without pounding the proverbial square peg into the round hole too much.
Thanks.

You don't have to put a number in GPA or can put n/a I believe. Be creative...some put all their upgrade training to show their work. I also put foreign language training I had and time overseas under prof development where I used that language. There are several threads on fix it emails for delta.
