Default Sun Country or a regional

I am currently flying a King Air and looking to make the next step. I am looking at Sun Country and various regionals. Obviously, the SCA pay guarantee is better than regionals but not by much. What would be the best choice taking into account my experience, realistic pay, flight time, QOL, upgrade, etc?

2500 TT
1400 TPIC (all 91)
250 Jet (121)

Thanks.

You probably won't get an interview at Sun Country unless you know someone. That should make it easy.

It doesn't hurt to try for sun country, if you get hired you'll get a 737 type out of the job...and you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

IF you had offers from both, personally I would take SunCountry......

I should have mentioned that I do know someone at Sun Country in my initial post. That is why I am asking. I don't want to ask them for help unless I am pretty sure I would take the job if offered.

Apply everywhere, by that I mean majors. You have TPIC, close to 4K total time, and that little jet 121 might be enough to offset the fact that your TPIC is 91.

Do you have a job now? Why are you looking at regionals?

I have applied to most, if not all, majors, including a previous application to Sun Country. My total time is only 2500, not 4000. I currently have a job, but I have averaged less than 300 hours per year in the last 7 years. At the current rate, it would be another 5 years before I get to 4000. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like I need to get 4000-5000 total time and a healthy amount of 121 jet time (of course PIC would be best, but first comes SIC) time before I am competitive for the majors.
