Leave of absence
Most airline apps ask in the employment section of any gaps of more than 6 months where you were not working. I took a 2 year leave of absence due to medical reasons. Although It was a leave of absence and I was still employed with airline would I have to list this in the app as a gap of more than 6 months?

Someone chime in if I'm wrong, but even during those two years, you were still employed by the airline. You just weren't an active employee. I think the goal of the application is to determine any time frame in which you were unemployed.
