FWIW... I'm 6'1" and 310, lineman build- got hired with XJT and made it all the way through training with no problems.

thats good to hear. Im 6' 4" or so 285 about the same type of build, and it something that I always worry about.

Sadly, many of these same guys are the ones that hit the lounge at the end of the crew day, drink to the max limit, and scarf down whatever bar food they can find. I guess, for them, it's too hard to see that reading a book and getting as good of a sleep period as they can would do them wonders. Maybe even hit the fitness center if the "hotel du jour" has one...

And then there's the ones who still continue to smoke.
