Seems as if everyone received both emails which shows me the organizational skills of RAH'S hr department. I do think that BB has good business sense, not too many individuals receive the EY award for entrepreneur of the year. If you haven't seen him in 'Undercover Boss', it's worth watching, it's on the network website.

Well there's your problem. You are WAAAAAAAY overqualified! They probably don't want to invest in somebody who has enough time to go somewhere else when they realize how crappy their QOL is with RAH. They want someone who, from lack of other options, will be dependent upon them and thus they can beat you with a stick and you will take it because you have to.
Airborn - By reading your posts from another thread, you realize that every airline has it's problems. I think we are doing just fine. Many of my coworkers will tell you otherwise. I contribute that to being bitter about their personal situations. Do your research and try to make the most informed decision you can.

2 written tests, 50q wonderlick and 20q aviation straight out of the ATP guide. HR with standard questions, TMAAT and a couple of tech. Then scenario with a panel of active pilots. Take a look at some Southwest gouges to get an idea of what to expect. Overall a pretty laid back experience. Good Luck!!
