Default Career and resume question

Seeking some career and resume advice.
I have had 4 jobs total(non-flying jobs) count and have on my resume and 2 part retail jobs that I don’t count because only lasted a month or so that I had for extra cash.
My first question is are those two part time jobs that I had will affect me in the future interviews at airlines?
My second question is a bet long. I used to work for a WO in a department called TMS(team members services, I applied and interviewed for a payroll position which what I have a degree in. A month later I walk into work and I find out that I’m moved to the services department (completely different department unrelated to the payroll job I got hired to do). I have a couple of conversations with my manager to find out that they hired because they thought one of the payroll people were going to quit but he ended up staying. Long story short I put my two weeks in 4 months after I was hired. I’m still eligiblefor rehire but how screwed am I in the future and does it look bad to put it on my resume even though it was only 4 months?
My other jobs one lasted 3 years the other one lasted 9 months and I only left it for a better job

You're overthinking. Flying jobs care 95% about flying experience.

Your resume is your marketing tool, you do not have to, and often should not, list *every* past job on your resume. You will need some logic as to how you determine what should and should not be listed. It would be fine to just not list non-aviation jobs that were X number of years in the past.

You do however have to list every past job on the application you fill out, at least according to their instructions which might have a specific time window.

If it's anything you got a W2 for, better list it. If you mowed yards for cash in HS, probably don't need to bother. But they will look at your SM, so if you have pics of yourself in McDonalds uniform, better list that.

WO as in Wholly Owned regional airline? Yes, you need to list that on the application and probably on the resume as well. You have a very good explanation why you left, bait and switch job. Not listing it, given the short tenure, might raise suspicions that you were hiding a termination.

I'd list those IF you have room on page one for your aviation info and jobs. I wouldn't go to a second resume page for past non-aviation jobs.

I assume you know that a pilot resume format does NOT look like a typical white-collar resume?

Again you can omit things from your resume to avoid clutter and irrelevant info, but you need to fill out the application per their instructions.
