PRD Question

So I just started applying and need to grant permission to certain carriers access to my PRD.

I logged in and double checked all the data that was there (and accurate) but was unsure if the "Experience" section needs to be populated by ME for the past five years or by previous employers?

I've only worked for flight schools and a Part 91 operator during this time, nothing on the 135/121 side.

Did you read Advisory Circular AC 120-68?

I've only worked for flight schools and a Part 91 operator during this time, nothing on the 135/121 side.

Legally, that part 91 operator should be inputting data into the system. As a practical matter, it may take a few years and a few examples being made of scofflaws before most part 91 operations get onboard.
