Simply stay away. The flow is the only thing that’s good and you can join a major way esrlier than with the flow. The bonuses are a scam. You will not see a simgle penny from the retention bonus because the company is smarter than ALPA. Get ready to be sent anywhere other than the base you want and then get ready to do it again when you get forced upgraded. if you are young be sure that you will mever see the inside of a 175. The lines are horrible with the only lines that are slightly over the 75 hour guaranteed are ones with only 11 days off(I have friends an Mesa that get 15 days off with 90 hour lines making way more money than I do). Save yourself some mojor disappointment and go to Endeavor
In my opinion you have better options than envoy. I still enjoy my time here.

Thanks for all the replies guys! Not that this matters and won’t really play a factor in my choice of regional but has anyone got the opportunity to fly both ERJ and CRJ? Just wondering if they are very different from each other and which one you prefer

Truth and lies are so tightly intertwined in this comment. Bonus structure isn't a scam but misleading. Expect 7500 bonus on year to and 2500-7500 bonus on year three. Base transfers happen quick. DOH to most senior base line holder is 7-8 months. You won't have to go to lga as a CA. May not see a 175 as an FO. Could see it as a CA.

First I’d say go to the company that is either no commute or easiest commute. Second, and almost tied for first, the best pay/QOL aspects of a contract. Then, and I’m probably forgeting some, pick a company based of type of airplanes.
That being said, I’d take the 145 any day over the CRJ200. But I’d def take the 700/900 over the 145. But I’m guessing you were more talking about the 175,not the 145.

I’ve flown the 145 and now the CRJ 7/9.
