They get butt raped with no lube. Reserve at breeze is by far the worse in the industry, and everyone gets a little reserve since they take your trips for OE and put you on reserve even if you’re number one in base.

LOL why are you trying to paint this like it’s a long term thing. Breeze is trying to throw stupid amounts of money to retain the little bit that they have remaining. Yet another two quit today.

Maybe if the mgmt team learned to stop threatening pilots and instead listen to them we wouldn’t have to pay them $12000 a month.

You sure are, but then you have the pleasure of being placed on reserve with so few work rules, I would just call them work suggestions.

81 EJETs pilots on the seniority list as of 3/31/2022, and there were 82 EJETs pilots last year on 5/2021. do your math. ZERO GROWTH!!!!!!!!!!! PURE ATTRITION. ohhhhh and ZERO A220 flying so far.
