Those airframes have been sitting for a long time. Delta almost took them about 6 years ago.

I’m guessing the 15 are ones Air Canada recently parked. This article says 14 were just parked a month or so ago. https://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/n...n-narrowbodies

While the article says they got a better deal on the 190’s, my guess is the true reason for the switch is because Azul was forced to defer the entire remainder of their order of E2’s to restart deiveries in 2024 which will require the E1’s to stay around longer.

Between these 15 planes and all the ones AA just retired, Breeze should be able to get some extremely cheap 190’s.

I received an email a few weeks ago to log into the new site and create a profile. Has anyone received any job postings from the new site? I keep getting “Job board does not exist” message.

No new job postings yet, they anticipate openings in the fall
