LOL! Nothing like going Ch 7 in style, eh?
But sure, you're telling us that passengers really wanted to fly Aeroflot in 2019, with their 73 NPS.
Let me be clear. NPS is less than worthless. You might as well measure tire pressure on airplanes and use that as a metric. And I wouldn't be surprised if some consultant pitched tire pressure as a metric.
You're drunk on the company kool aid.

Not sure about Aeroflot, other than they have nice looking FAs. But if you look at the airlines that are right below them on that list you might recognize them as airlines that are very desirable to fly on in the US. Spirt and Frontier are so low on the list they’re next to dinosaur bones. So yea, it’s about who wants to actually fly on you.
I’m sure there’s people that love your product but for every person that tells their friends they had a great experience there’s someone that didn’t have an experience at all and is telling their friends not to book because they could cancel at any time.

What do you think the Likelihood to Recommend is for the passengers that had their flight cancelled because Breeze elected to stop serving their origin or destination? I doubt they were given a survey as they never completed a flight.

What people say and what people do are absolutely different.

Plan on 6 months, expect 3-4. Unlike larger airlines, Breeze bases are very small with little movement. That being said, it's another growing year for us, so movement will continue. MCO is supposed to open May-ish, which will bring some much needed relief to stagnating east coast bases. Also, lot's of current FOs are coming up on upgrade, however, with stagnant bases, they may choose not to.
