But sure, you're telling us that passengers really wanted to fly Aeroflot in 2019, with their 73 NPS.

Let me be clear. NPS is less than worthless. You might as well measure tire pressure on airplanes and use that as a metric. And I wouldn't be surprised if some consultant pitched tire pressure as a metric.

You're drunk on the company kool aid.
Not sure about Aeroflot, other than they have nice looking FAs. But if you look at the airlines that are right below them on that list you might recognize them as airlines that are very desirable to fly on in the US. Spirt and Frontier are so low on the list they’re next to dinosaur bones. So yea, it’s about who wants to actually fly on you.

What do you think the Likelihood to Recommend is for the passengers that had their flight cancelled because Breeze elected to stop serving their origin or destination? I doubt they were given a survey as they never completed a flight.

I’m sure there’s people that love your product but for every person that tells their friends they had a great experience there’s someone that didn’t have an experience at all and is telling their friends not to book because they could cancel at any time.

What you're all forgetting is that the number one NPS mover is percieved value. While it's odd and annoying, constantly shifting the airline to find sustainable routes doesn't negatively affect the business as much as you think it would. As long as you offer a low price, decent product, and a direct route (little to no competition), they'll be back. I repeat - THEY WILL FLY YOU AGAIN/TAKE A CHANCE. Why do Spirit and Frontier suffer so much on NPS and in general? Because they constanly have to compete with airlines with superior products, who have also found a way to match price in the form of basic economy.

What people say and what people do are absolutely different.

Anyone knows how long a new hire FO on the 220 will be on reserve? How much flying can we expect?

Plan on 6 months, expect 3-4. Unlike larger airlines, Breeze bases are very small with little movement. That being said, it's another growing year for us, so movement will continue. MCO is supposed to open May-ish, which will bring some much needed relief to stagnating east coast bases. Also, lot's of current FOs are coming up on upgrade, however, with stagnant bases, they may choose not to.

PVD, then BDL see the most movement. CHS is experiencing negative movement. TPA/PVU have a little. If you are on property when MCO opens, I would guess any base is attainable.

Next week an actual transition plan will be announced. It will address the very senior E190 pilots moving to the Airbus. So double your estimated reserve times, or plan for indefinite.

All new hires going to the A220. All bases will be A220 by next year. They’re keeping some Ejets for charter.
