You know, for a guy with 500 turbine hours who is sucking around for a job, you're doing a wonderful job announcing what a joy you'll be in the cockpit.
You're the beggar, not the chooser. You now that, right?

if I’m being truthful, if we can attract anyone with 500 hours it’s better than some of what we have been attracting with no experience at all. All LCCs are scraping bottom of bucket. We are not a exception.

Vetter do you live in a breeze base? Don’t come here for the 190 because they are being parked. If you live in Charleston, Hartford, Providence or Tampa you might be safe. All other bases will slowly shrink. Breeze has the tiny base model like Allegiant. Don’t expect much movement in base. Pay is substandard and starting in January we go to a massive 6% retirement match. A contract and ability to get more will be years away

Unless you want to fly wide body, you’ll be doing the same thing over there. A number at the bottom of a massive company. It’s just going to be flying with crusty old captains talking about the good ol’ days reserve out of LaGuardia. Sends shivers just thinking about it. You’ll get DC but you’ll probably take 2 or 3 years to make what you’re making now, maybe by that time we’ll have a contract and you’d be super senior.

You do realize I only said "high experience FO" because thats literally word-for-word what breeze calls it as in their application for 500 hour FO's right?
Do ya'll feel dumbb yet? lol
Do you have anything better to do in your lives then nit-pick comments, or are you full of envy, jelously, and rage... because you're stuck working for breeze?

how do you work that one out? Pay is 50% more per hour and 18% vested, more sick time, proper insurance, so even if you do minimum and stay on reserve you would earn more than breeze.
