New bases are supposed to be announced through the winter to open next year. This will dilute what we already have. The fleet hasn’t “officially” been cut back by Airbus, so that is only a rumor. We are still expecting the growth that was previously stated

Default 500 hr military PIC

I assume they are referring to the Part 121 PIC mins for their "experienced first officer" open position. Does this mean they want military pilot A-code hours for PIC? are they currently excepting FO applications that do not meet this?

Default FO schedule A220 @ BDL

Just saw the new FO job posting drop. Does anyone know what the monthly schedule for an FO lineholder on A220 @ BDL look like?

Line holders are getting 17 to 20 off with around 80 hours credit. Some of the slower months you might see one or two bottom lines with 12 off. A mix of day trips and 2 to 3 day trips. Reserves get 12 off although there have been some efforts to get the company to get that raised to 14 or 15 off.

BDL has very attractive lines of flying most layovers are 20 hrs in LAS, SFO, SNA, MCO. FO’s are getting an average of 20 days off a month. Trips are super easy, usually one and done. Our daily rigs of 6.25 hrs add a lot of soft pay. Most guys crediting around 110-120 hrs a month (trip rigs also help). Next year reserve will be 15 days off. LCR 16 hr call out with a SCR of “report promptly”. 401k DC 16% 2024, 17% DC 2025, 19.5% 2026. Company is developing a profit sharing program comparable to DL. Once we’re staffed with a minimum of 88% of the desired number of pilots for the current fleet ,dropping to zero will be available on a day by day case. This will create immense schedule flexibility. Breeze is in talks with FDX to develop a program for those guys to start coming over. I’d get in soon and lock that seniority number asap.
