Breeze ALPA has not been impressive at all and Neeleman has done an incredible job convincing many weak individuals at Breeze that they don't need any organization. Don't expect any sort of agreement in the short-medium term.

As for credit hours... if you know how to play the system (overtime, open time, etc) you can easily credit 1,000-1,100 hours per year.

worked a two companies that started a union drive while I was there. Both times it was definitely management that got the union voted in. As long as management treats everyone good, there might not be the need for a union, but sofar , in my experience, at some point they won't.
