Information regarding chs ejet is vague. Overall feel of the direction the company is moving is the ejet will be gone in chs by summer next year. There may be some day trips on the 220 in chs but I wouldn’t put much faith in chs as an ejet base short or long term. It’s very senior so bidding in would be hard if they even allow anyone to bid in on the ejet.

1. Sure it’s fine
2.No
3. Yes and Yes. They have both.
4. The washout rate is the is the number of people that that don’t make it through training divided by the total number of people that went through training times 100.
I am drunk right now so my math for 4 could be wrong.

Most junior is a May 23 hire. For what it’s worth, they told us classes are full rest of the year and they have a pool of pilots for the next 6+ months. By then things will look different with even more 220s on property. I believe we’re receiving 4 in December alone. But in general CHS is senior.

Training is straightforward with helpful instructors. You’ll be fine as long as you prepare like any other ride.
