Was going to say that sounds a lot like military pilot duties. Have a lot of jobs to do, and then get to fly occasionally.
[SARCASM...kind of]Questions I would expect would be are you willing to relocate, without relocation assistance, to a higher cost of living area, while making regional pay rates?[/SARCASM]

a couple of TMAT questions...
a couple of ATP questions...
are you willing to help assist the cleaning crew between flights?
Are willing to get along with a captain sharing a room even if he has an earlier bed time than you?
Can you lift 50 lbs...If you are awarded ready reserve, you may be asked to assist with helping guest check luggage at the ticket counter.

Are you willing to be cross trained as a FA and willing and able to perform the duties of a FA in the event of a FA sick call while on hot reserve?

Who would make the jump from a regional.. similar pay, QOL, and work rules with less job security. Once the people who lost their jobs are hired somewhere, it's on to CFIs.

Would be crazy if they are already. Late last year they told my entire CA upgrade class GFY and not one even got an interview.
None of them have reapplied and have zero plan to, which may contribute to the CFI theory if there's a lack of experienced 121 pilots, including captains, willing to try again.
