Is a pilot a full time employee?
I'm back in family court with the ex concerning my daughter. Both my lawyer and hers are having problems certifying me as a full time employee because I'm not paid a full 40 hrs a week according to CO guidelines. I'm part 121 airline and only paid flight hrs. I've showed them schedules and TAFB with per diem and I'm not getting through to them. Any advice?

Get a new lawyer? This is not the first time an airline pilot has been through a divorce, your lawyer should be able to figure this out. Many (all?) states have a specific child-custody system for airline pilots.
I doubt TAFB would count but it seems like time on duty should count...especially since states will use income divided by duty time (not credit) to determine minimum wage, and regional FO's sometimes fall short of minimum wage by that metric.
Getting 40 hours/week duty might be tight if you hold a sweet senior schedule, you might have to pick up a little extra each month
