It was more along the lines of sarcasm... It is obvious you are not following the advice of any attorney, as even the most incompetent lawyer would tell you the first thing to do is shut up; that includes forums like this... That is why you hear "No comment or "Talk to my attorney", Etc.

There is nothing to link this forum to myself. There has been no admission of guilt or wrongdoing. There has been nothing said that the FAA and NTSB don't already know.
Discussing interpretations of regulations and law does not jeopardize my situation in the very least.
Turn off Judge Judy and step away from the TV.

Yet you asked for advice as to your situation on a free web forum. You already have your answer. And even if you don't you might as well walk away because you won't get the answer you want. It sounds like you knew what you were going to do before even posting. So shut your mouth and do what a lawyer tells you. Or be an idiot and talk to the faa on your own. Either way this thread needs to be closed because you arent actually going to take ANY of the advice that has been presented to you.

The rest have done nothing but parrot what they've heard (shut up, get a lawyer), convey their paranoia about "the authorities" and of course, troll.

For a seemingly innocent passenger, Why are you appearing to act so combative/argumentative on a public forum towards fellow aviators that are genuinely trying to give some advice? It's really kinda different behavior from what one would normally expect.
