Atlas makes pretty good money on the pax flights especially on the military operations, and with several of the pax planes operated on a CMI basis, it's a fairly solid profit maker, too.
Atlas seems to be in an aggressive growth phase and right now, the opportunities are on the freight side. No doubt they would grow the passenger side if the occasion arrises.

This means that they have locked down slots for 9 of the 19 more they need to fulfill the Amazon contract by end 2018. (One of the 20 is flying now.) Of course, not all of the additional 19 need to be new conversions; Titan can work in the market for existing 763Fs, to a limited extent, and Titan may have slots at IAI/Bedek. Oddly, the press release doesn't give any info on timetable.

As for timeline, recent info put out to employees indicates completion of one each this month and next, one per month January through October next year and the remaining in 2018. As a side note, the overall number showed 22 during the presentation.
