Yea... Our class isn't even doing our type rides until early August. We have a 10-14 day break between our orals and sims. We've been told to expect no delays for IOE so second half of August into early September would more probable. Just in time for #5.

December of '14. There are about 20 737 FOs junior to him.

To upgrade you will need 2500 hours in turbojets over 41,000 lbs, or 1500 hours in turbojets over 41,000 lbs and 500 hours SIC company time.

You should expect at least a year to acquire the company time on the 737 and less than six months to get it on the 777.

Thank you sir.. Do you know if the company provides a hotel when you sit reserve for a few days as part of your rotation in cvg?? Also how hard is it to pick up overtime on the 737 and how does over time pay work?

On the 737, you're in base so no. On the 777, yes.

From what I've heard pretty easy. Each day flown on a GDO is an extra 4 hours pay, but pick up a trip that spans 2 days (1800-0600) and you'll make 8 hours on top of block.

So if you pik up a day of flying on a gdo that 4 hours of pay does not go on top of you guarrantee?? Ie if you had only flown 50 hours for the month and you pik up something on your gdo is it 60 hour guarrantee plus 4 hours of pay??

Also when you said 8 hours on top of block did you mean 8 hours of pay at your normal pay rate on top of that scheduled block time for the trip which all goes on top of your guarrantee for the month.. Correct me if i mis understand this..
