what specifically?
PO916 usually leaves at 1310 to ANC
Normal crew hotel is the Sheraton in ICN and crew show time is 1hr 30min prior at the airport...leave hotel 2hr prior
Crew handling done by "Airman" pingskim at not cold mail dot com
Make sure you are processed in/out of country correctly.
There is also another flight that transits NGO going back to CVG.

Requests can be made via the AAWW public website.

Thank you for the links.

How can one see the flight schedules so I can book flight numbers using the online request form?

Frontseat, I appreciate the cutting remarks. I am just a new guy trying to figure this out. Maybe instead of being completely useless, try helping. The online jumpseat forms for Atlas/Polar require certain information I don't know how to access. Without the required info, you cant book a jumpseat online.

There are Aps which list flight schedules/times for the legacy carriers. Just thoughts Atlas/Polar had something similar.

Actually, the reason Atlas does not publish some of our flight schedules is because the flying "belongs" to our customers...so, a better way to send some of the information that was posted above might have been via a PM, or to a personal email, or SMS.

If I were to not need the jumpseat after a listing has been made, is 24 hours enough time to cancel? Are Polar/Atlas pretty understanding when canceling 24 hours in advance? Thanks.

Avi8tor....

I haven't canx'd within 24 hours, but you will receive an email confirmation from the Polar side within a working day or so. I've kept that email and used that address to cancel before....

I made and flew on a subsequent flight, so although I did not receive a confirmation of cancellation from the Polar jumpseat folks, it seems that there was no penalty incurred by cancelling.

I've been told by an Atlas pilot that their schedules are much more flexible, sometimes in the 24 hours prior to a flight. He went on to say that Polar's flying is more "scheduled" and therefore more likely to fly near scheduled times.

24 hours is considered "long term planning" at Polar/Atlas. It won't be a problem.
