Being that they are no longer conducting a phone interview first, is there a chance of not getting the call after passing the online test? Also my resume was submitted quite a while back, should I keep applying at this point or wait and see if they call and then update at that time?

Please don't tell folks you used a MAC. Following directions is a big part of applying to any job.
From the application website:
"Please click the link below to complete the PAQ:
Pilot Applicant Questionnaire
The PAQ cannot be accessed via any MAC device."

Unfortunately they don't give us the low-down of the interview process so these changes are as new to us as they are to you. Lets hope those that are experiencing this new process are also willing to come on here and share with us. If this part of the process has changed, what else has changed I have to wonder?? It's possible this year there may be some pioneering going on, be prepared and study everything (not just gouge items) and take good notes just in case!!

Atlas hiring in the interview is a mystery, but basically they're looking for good people whom others can tolerate on long-haul trips. A caustic, cocky attitude will show you to the door, and they'll see right through it, so be yourself and Atlas will weed out a good fit.
In training, my class had a mix of older guys from other airlines, young regional types, and old- and young-military types. We all got along and had a great time. The hiring process worked quite well.
Still to this day, I haven't met a single person I have had a conflict with in the company. It's almost kind of creepy after coming from the military, where you get used to someone trying to stab you in the back with a smile on their face. )
It's a great company, a class-act, and truly a pleasure to be on-board.
Best of luck to the new hires, interviewees, and hopefuls.
