2. The Atlas hiring process seems to be designed to provide equal chance for all that apply not giving one group advantage over another, example military vs corporate vs regional.. If you meet the published minimums to apply you have the same advantage over the next person that applied, security clearance is not a requirement nor is a 4 year degree, it's just extra that might catch the eye during resume review is all. There have been times where a 767 rating gave someone an advantage however so it has happened during times of need. Atlas is one of the few employers that does not seem to put you at the bottom of the stack if you don't have recency of experience, which is rare in this industry.
