Very fluid I would say. That's just the normal state of things around here. All new hires have been on the 747. No one has come to our little plane since February. I think the new hires are for a mixture of Part 117 for the little bit of passenger flying and retirements. Some could be for new flying, but nothing has been formally announced so that is purely speculative.

The upcoming class is 5 new-hires (already notified) and 3 retreads (returning from MIL/MED). 20ish from the recent interviews made the cut, one would think they'll be notified soon. We're told the pool is empty. Maybe another class soon. Maybe.

Again, pool is not emptied. I have a very good friend who interviewed in April and received the pool letter. So, unless they later drain people out without any notification, he, and at least a few others, are still waiting, or is it wading?

I just got the email form HR stating that I successfully completed the Interview process and have been placed in the pool.
According to the email hiring should pick up in 2014. Best of luck to everyone else that interviewed in this past group!!
