I honestly had a dream about this last night because of this post, haha. The hats were actually one piece made of plastic though, but at least a 2ft diameter, lol.

I've actually tried to buy these hats from Immigration Officers in various cities (like Tashkent, Bishkek, Almaty, Karaganda, and Baku) where they have come on board our airplanes during stopovers...
