Fingers crossed that the rumors are correct. For once in my life timing was good and made it in a couple hours under the wire. Wonder if y'all should blame Thomas1 and myself for making them close the app window?

Pool notification usually comes in the form of an email. Seems there is no standard on how long that takes. I'd stick with no news is goods news, at least until you hear otherwise!

^^^ This ^^^ It took a couple weeks for me to get the good word.....and it came in the form of an email. Others have received FedEx envelopes for that as as well. Good luck and be patient!

Yes timing is everything...as I approach AF retirement, I kick myself for delaying for the right time to apply trying to balance available dates. I first really started to research Atlas back in Jan and because I don't start terminal leave until Mid June, I delayed.......ugh lesson learned. I might be swimming right now! Well enough of looking back, time to push on and prepare for when the phone calls start back!

I think that's a lesson for all mil types getting out. Apply early and often! For what it's worth, the company is really good about understanding mil commitments and when your availability starts. I interviewed in Sep 10 and HR knew up front I wasn't available until May 11. IMHO, it's never too early to start getting ready.
