Default What not to wear....

Can anyone who is going the 28th-29th for interviews give some insight to the dress code? I have two of my rec's going on the 28th and both have different answers from HR. One - biz casual & one says to wear a tie......What the what. Interviews have been no tie for a loooong time......Does the new guy like ties?

The letter received by the interviewee (is that a word?) will specify. For the last two years I'm pretty certain it has stated 'business casual'. That's translated to 'no tie'. If those words aren't in the letter then perhaps with Adam P. gone it has gone back to a little more dressy. Whatever the invitation letter calls for is the way to go. It's all about following instructions. Also, during the tour of the training center do keep in mind that even though the interview per-se is only about 20 minutes the entire day is in reality the interview. The folks will ask the opinions of any employees with whom you have interacted during the tour. Good luck folks! We're excited to see the doors opening once more.

There in lies the problem. The letter/email did not state a dress code. Unless my guys missed that. They then emailed two different people about what to wear - with two different responses regarding "dress".

Great thread. Thanks to all who have contributed thus far. I've been lurking for while and just wondered how many old C-5 bubbas may be running around Atlas? I spent time on both coasts several years back.

I submitted my app this week and am hoping for a shot at what looks like a great company full of good people.

Cheers,

Timmy

That is correct. The invitation email does not contain any details on dress code.

Inquiring minds would like to know.....
