Why 20+ years? Why not 5 years and move on?

Also, I have scoured their website for the hiring/career section. Am I missing something?

Because if you love this stuff nothing else will compare. If you don't....then it might be better to leave a slot open for one who does. It's been said over and over again in this thread but the ACMI life is a lot like liver; you either really love it or you really don't. It's hard to be ambivalent about it.

On the other hand, if you're a commuter, you'll never again ask yourself, will I get on this flight? Or sleep in a crashpad.

Yes, I can do this for 20+ years.

Great news if this true. My logbook is ready. Trying to get some my CRM Team together (applications being accepted ), ready to make the commitment. Have only heard great things about the crews.

Any pre-advice other than what has been shared appreciated via PM or public.

Good luck to all.

And hence the reason I would have a HARD time EVER going back to a typical airline job....
