Three 76 classes scheduled for the remainder of this year? Dates? Calls going out?

Sorry - a mix of bad info/misunderstanding from me. I believe the class dates are March 19/April 9.

Last time I was down in training, I heard we were having two classes prior to June, and thought I'd heard March/May. Later I heard that they'd "added" an April class - which I took to mean 3, but in retrospect March 19/April 9 looks right. And unfortunately, that would mean calls have already gone out.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong, though.

Hello CaptainV,

I'm currently with World Airways and scheduled to be furloughed later this year. World is furloughing guys down to the 7 years seniority mark. I've been with World for almost 7 years. I was a TWA guy before World. I'd like to talk with you via phone or Skype if you've got the time. Please email me at [email protected]. Fly Safe, Chuck Martin!!

SLOW. Six months in, half of our current 767 FOs have yet to see the plane. It makes sense - first they focused on getting check airman checked out, then captains, then a handful of FOs with previous 767/AMC experience (although many more previous 767 guys are still sitting at home). You do domestic OE before international, and with only one DHL route, there's only room for a handful of crews. It'll get better as we get more airplanes, but trips/schedule/QOL are all chaotic at the moment.

As for fleet size, a total of 5 DHL birds and 3 -300ERs this year. As of today, 2 300s and 1 DHL currently on property.

I'd heard of two 767 classes before June, now I hear it's 3. 12 is a typical size.

Understand that this is all new airplane growing pains. DHL flights are the same old, same old every night. It's only chaotic now as they plug different guys in/out to get OE.
When is the 2nd DHL route scheduled to open?

The current 76 domestic route is CVG-SFO correct? Any knowledge of the projected DHL/DOD routes?

Thanks!

Currently doing CVG-PHX-SAN, then SAN-PHX-CVG. There is rumor of picking up the SFO flights in the near future.

I know a couple examples have been posted in the past, but its been a while.... can someone post a couple actual monthly schedules examples of a junior FO at Atlas on both the 767 and 747?

Also, what kind of W2 earnings can a first year FO expect?

Thanks guys!

Nice one! There have been some pretty good examples of a 74 crewmember's life earlier in this forum, but the info about the 76 hasn't been as detailed. Can a 76 FO post their most recent monthly schedule as an example, knowing that there is no such thing as a typical schedule at Atlas? Inb4 the guys sitting all post "Days 1-17: sitting waiting for OE."
