I just talked to the recruiter (D.B.) at the Women in Aviation Conference. They have approximately 60-70 people in the pool. They are done interviewing for the year (for now). For those who want to work at Atlas, please be patient. Keep updating your application when you can.

They are currently hiring flight attendants.

Which, if you read between the lines, means that they will be interviewing a whole boat load in the next couple of months!!!!!!

cheers,

Guess what? Tonight there's a NAA crew/airplane positioning to fly subservice for an Atlas 767 flight Atlas can't handle. Looks like they can't qualify 767 crews fast enough to accommodate their own contracts much less expand their ACMI business.

On top of that there's a rumor around that the FAA and DOD aren't happy with the qualifications of Atlas 767 crews. Looks like the the Atlas/NAA/World merger rumors may not be too far off the mark...

Of all the charter/ACMI operators, Atlas seems to be the one the Global guys are setting up their program to sell it to. No one has to defend Atlas, its business plan or its success to me. I'm just hypothesizing based on the changes Global has made to both World and NAA.

Sorry if the intent was misunderstood.

Fish, so first it's about the assets only, but now we're incompetent. Or did I misunderstand your intent?

They're not buying NAA or World...despite what the voices in your head are telling you. You need to cut back on the sugar and caffeine.

Rumors...anyone here ever heard a rumor in this industry?
