Holy crap. What's with all the bean counting? This website has become bean counter central! Figuring out crew ratios per aircraft and base are not going to give you a better picture on hiring. Relax. There is no way to predict this industry. Why waist brain cells on manusha numbers. Let's focus on helping guys get through the hiring process once it starts again. This is not a forecasting blog for what might happen!

Thanks for the insight,
Are the 32 FO's all new hires or some off the Classic?

What kind of questions did the interview panel ask??? Don't know if it matters but I'm a heavy military guy.
Good luck on the Atlas interview! I interviewed in September and have been "swimming in the pool" since. I posted what I could remember about the interview on page 239... hope it helps and good luck.

Default Interview Questions

After my interview, I wrote a very detailed synopsis of the entire interview and put it on a word doc. I still have it if anyone is interested. Just message me.

If I recall correctly the breakdown was:

6 Capt + 6 F/O on DHL airplanes
6 Capt + 15 F/O on the -300ER side.

Are we able to update our resumes via email for those that submitted 6-12 months ago or is this not even accepted at this time? Would having an internal Pilot submit the update be more suitable?
