I'm a corporate guy with pretty low jet PIC time 800 on EMB-145 and CJ's. FO time is only 1100 on a Dash 8. I was wondering if i even stand a chance? I applied in October 2010. My total time is high but flying charter now days in a 421 and contract flying the CJ. What do you think? Thanks in advance. Anyone hired with similar?

No...haven't heard anything from the company since passing the test. I figured it was due to the classic training thing, but it seems like calls may be going out again. I hope the new year brings good news!!

Two types and lots of other time (read piston, including 421 part 135). Total time 8000. What do you think? do i stand a chance. Anybody with similar time getting a call???? I wouldn't discourage anyone from applying. It seems there is a pretty wide range of experience, and total times that make it through the process. What are they looking for exactly? No one can really say! Send your stuff in, and keep updating it. The phone won't ring, if you don't give them your number! Take each part of the process seriously, and make sure you've done your homework with the online test before you decide to take it.
Good luck and keep after it!

Yes, I think you are in the game. All the classes in the last couple years have been a complete cross section of experience. With that said, the biggest thing you can do to help yourself fast is get a LOR from a current Atlas pilot, and a bigger plus is one that has flown with you. (and willing to say so )
But the parking of the -200s has begun. Unfortunately, the first group of PFE's were just furloughed and the training center will be plugged with the -200 pilots in -400 school.
Good luck.
