When you go through training here, you will be taught what you need to know via computer based training. However, as you pilots know, there is nothing better than an instructor standing before the class a telling you which buses are powered when you push the battery switch in.....etc,

Nonetheless, we are blessed to be here. Atlas is a great company. If you are unsure whether to work here or not, PM me. The rest of you know that this company is the best in the industry. For those of you who have interviewied or are interviewing in the future, best of luck to you all.

Cheers and Safe Travels

All that's left now is your acquisition of F/O Gucci's, a trip to Rocky's in HKG for spare uniform shirts and a trip to Debbie in TPE for a knockoff Breitling and you're all set!!

Congrats!

Thanks Jimbo33. Good stuff.
For anyone that has interviewed lately, what kind of essay are you getting? I am curious if topics are recycled.

Cheers.

Background Portion:
Have you ever failed any checkrides?

Why did you chose X school or X job or X military option?
Explain gaps in employment history.
Pretty straight forward I thought.

Technical:
What is SLOP?
What are the procedures for deviation on the Oceanic Tracks?
What did you use to study? http://www.ibac.org/Files/CNSATM/Library/MNPSA_2008.pdf
How wide are the tracks?
Jepp Charts: Where is the final approach fix?
What is MSA?
How about in mountainous terrain (1000' regardless)
Etc... Know your jepp charts
Read an international notam.
Read international TAF.
What is screen height?
Climb segments?
Climb gradient required?
FYI...I scored an 88 on the online test and allthough the questions seemed to correlate highly to the online test; I didnt get questions related to the ones I missed.

The HR questions were very similiar to the previous gouge within this thread with some phraseology changes.

Thats all I can remember.

Good Luck!
Were you offered the job? I just interviewed waiting to hear from them.

Same here. At the moment, I'm sitting at Landmark Aviation in MIA and can see the Crystal Palace from here.

Torture, I'm telling you, pure torture!!

While taxiing in, I noticed they have a 76 sitting on the ramp in full Atlas colors. Looks nice!

Hopin' and prayin'!!

I heard some letters started going out from the Sept. interview dates. Has anyone heard anything good or bad?

God I hope not! I think those -200s will be painted in Atlas colors. I'm pretty sure that's what they told us.
