SO I am guessing you have like a 0131 or so?

I have no idea, but at other places that have done it this way 0001 is very good.

Good luck.

Lowest is best, 9999 is bad.

Can somebody please explain to me how a person's SSN can have anything to do with their seniority #?

they determine ranking withing a class based on SSN. they take your last 4 and make a numerical listing either high to low or low to high and they assign seniority numbers in that way.

Ok. So it's within each individual class. Gotcha.

SSN for seniority I guess is new. When I went through training it was DOB. Bummer, my SSN is 03**. As previously mentioned, any seniority number is good right now. Welcome aboard to everyone!
