Atlas carried the weight of the world as a punishment. He was condemned to carry an inescapable, crushing burden. We really want to re-think this slogan. Maybe skip slogans entirely?

In defense of whichever recruiter posted here, I am actually pretty happy at Atlas. The "Atlas Strong" slogan isn't new, so they are just trying to roll a pre-existing nugget into a recruiting effort. Using that slogan probably makes somebody's boss somewhere happy. They are trying to do their jobs with the resources available to them, and they're not being dishonest about it.
At Atlas you can show up, fly and go home. We have done pretty well keeping the job centered on requirements in the field. This, in large part, is a result of having well-seasoned flight ops managers and chiefs. If you have trouble you can resolve issues. You can choose your own level of involvement based on your life's circumstances. We can be a stepping stone or a capstone in your career, depending what you want.

Hey I'm just impressed the recruiter created an account called "Atlas Careers" instead of pretending to be just a random person talking up the airline. "How do you do, fellow pilots?"
As an aside, #___Strong has ground my gears basically since it started a few years ago. Its overused and watered down to the point of uselessness. The fact that an airline, the squarest industry this side of accounting, is using it now is a good sign it's beyond unfashionable. But that's just me!
And yeah I agree with Elevation, Atlas is a perfectly cromulent place to work but not for everyone. Never trust ANY airline recruiter for the full picture and come here with eyes fully open and ready to embrace a very un-conventional career.
