What HR can hire and what the schoolhouse can train are different numbers by about a factor of two.
Means you either Indoc ‘em and send them home till the sims free up or you put them in a pool and let them wait.
I’ll let you figure out which one is cheaper but that solution has higher attrition too.

While it is true that HR can hire at a robust rate, as was demonstrated in 2022 with over 800 Conditional Job Offers, this is not a permanent situation.

In the last few previous years, hiring and training were pretty in synch, hiring and training between 450-600 each year. Hiring outpaced training as an aggressive path was taken. The rate of hiring has already slowed down dramatically to allow the system to catch up.

I frequent state that the only thing that is consistent at Atlas is change, I expect this reality to continue.

Last company call I listened to was “targeting late 1st quarter” if I recall correctly. So definitely sometime between today, the 31st, probably more realistically the 2nd quarter at this point, and never.

There are some questions about SEC requirements too. We won't be told anything until after the fact.
