With all that’s being said above does anyone think management will throw more bones out there to recruit pilots or just let fleet by fleet go?

Historically this company has not shown any concern/desire with recruiting pilots, in fact it seems just the opposite is true. They will do whatever is necessary to keep the top brasses pockets nicely lined.

As previously mentioned, Atlas probably isn't for you if you don't want to fly international. Routes, customers, and aircraft could change any time. Now if you're willing to take the risk or willing to find something else if you did end up flying international and not like it, by all means apply.

Yes! Hot off the presses:

You must be fully vaccinated to work at Atlas. This should definitely help the recruiting numbers.

I was under the impression that you could still apply, get hired, and apply for exemption but maybe that is not correct. If so, I stand corrected.
