Union kept dragging it out for 5 years.
Showing your gratitude to the generous arbitrator I see.

Weird flex, but ok.

You know what's laughable? Atlas doesn't even pay for fuel like real airlines. Now how much do you think they can afford?

A lot of our gains did come from hard-work and sacrifice made by our pilots in different ways. The better elements in our union had to work with fewer financial and other resources than they should have had. Other pilots still dealt with in-person nonsense, some of it pretty cosmic, to bring attention to problems. This came from inside and outside of the union. There were even management elements, one person in particular, who was very helpful. Sadly this person's voice didn't make it ears that mattered in time. All of us wound up worse off financially for a mix of reasons that include Management and the Union; that's the sacrifice we made for each other regardless of affiliation or social clique. Some, like the pilots who retired without gaining union or training positions, arguably took the worst of it.

So thanks are in order. Those thanks are due to the pilots who, regardless of affiliation, ate their personal lump of dirt. Turns out that's all of us to one degree or another. Thanks are due the pilots in the union. Thanks are due the pilots who raise flags. I think people may be reading as your call to thanks as a call to thank our union leadership, and that's where we find ourselves reacting. Perhaps we're interpreting this wrong?

Thanks, pilots!

Don’t forget those other outfits we were actually compared to as they fought for their current rates. If they had been lower we would have been even lower than most expectations. Group effort, but totally thankful to those who have worked relentlessly and honestly towards a better contract. Long live the Fighters!

Per Diem is now $3.50/hr for outside USA.
Potentially 3.50 x 24 x 15 = $1,260
That’s between $8,748 and $9,771 gross.
Any flights in or out of China pay 1.75 block.

On the CRT, why only 15 days? Are you not suppose to work 17 days? Thx

So Atlas is the new SkyWest? Soon to be filled with Aussies who will do anything the company says so they don’t lose their visa?

As mentioned, crt is prorated. So say you start a 17 day trip at 12z on day one and end at 12 z on day 17. That's 384 hours time away from base (TAFB) which divided by 4.95 would be 77.57 hours of CRT. Any hostile / cdc infection areas would be above that at an additional 75%.

Keep in mind if you have a split line where you have two different patterns in one month your CRT will be lower.
