Atlas Air Hiring
1) Kalitta (worst case scenario base on the company proposal
2) Between Kalitta and Purple/UPS (wouldn’t surprise me if we landed here).
3 Purple/UPS (wishful thinking but a possibility)
Expecting a decision in September if it doesn’t get get delayed even more, but it is possible based on the circumstances beyond the 3 parties control that led to the month delay from August to September.

On 1/1/22 Kalitta's 767 12 yr CA rate will be $300.78 and Fedex's will be $326
If you guys anywhere in that range it will be well received I'm sure
The company proposed rates for 767 12 year on 1/1/2022 show $285 @ 64 hours guarantee. If that’s the baseline, then it’s a good start. FedEx of course has leaps of other benefits and pay to take into account besides straight hourly so even if we get close here, it’s not that close.

I wouldn’t characterize pay rates below what Kalitta currently has on the 767 and 777 a good start. The company’s proposal, if taken in whole, puts us significantly behind Kalitta, whose contract was negotiated several years ago. Don’t bet on anything above the company proposal from the arbitrator and plan accordingly. We’re about to get bent over.

We all have our basic rate numbers in our heads and we’ll see something on the upside, hopefully it meets your needs, maybe your known expectations, but most likely will not create any wow factor which is a known factor. Everyone would like to be pleasantly surprised. Just curious on what might have lost with the upcoming new. Won’t know til the ink dries.

Hypothetical not so hypothetical questions about Atlas hiring -
Say a pilot flying 135 jet was approaching 1500tt with 500 sic jet turbine - if that pilot were to acquire their ATP written, would they have any shot at getting hired into the WB fleet?
Hypothetical of course

Thanks for the reply. Already applied to both the WB and Pathway openings, just trying to sort out my odds. Thanks again!
