Atlas Air Hiring
Expressing an opinion is not a bullying tactic. Calling someone wrong and incorrect for their opinion is a bullying tactic.
Your taunts are a bullying tactic. Did you not pass psych 101?
Perhaps for you it was useless and ineffective. For me it was useful. Someone that walks into a class to learn will only be able to do so with an open mind. If a student let's external influences(i.e., contractual negotiations) affect learning, then the purpose of lesson is lost because the student is not receptive. Learning is a two way street. The material is there. The instructor facilitates the conveyance of the material but the student has to receive it.
I may be inclined to give you my opinion on these questions but your taunting makes you look like a jackass and I don't like to give time to those whom have no real interest on the answer. Your only self serving interest is to use my answers to call me names, like "management" or the like. However, if you truly have an interest to hear my answers to perhaps persuade and enlighten rather than taunt and bully, then let me know.
FWIW, the first two are no Y/N answers because each involve so many moving parts. The third however is Y.
1. Somewhat, just the way of doing business, nothing personal.
2. Self inflicted yes.
3. Compared to others they’re not the industries finest and that why we’re in negotiations.
