Not sure, that's a question that only you can answer once you've tried it. Here is a thought, before you pay money to move why don't you try it for a few months and make an informed decision based upon your experience. Good luck.

In all seriousness, if you have the right to work here (and you must have that, they will not sponsor you) you're fine.
Also, I'll say it before someone else jumps on you..:make sure you do some homework and kno what you're getting into. It's a fun job with great people but a bad management group and lots of turmoil.
