Considering our large amount of people leaving to FDX, & UAL- and the 4-5 month training footprint, Atlas can't afford to not run classes non stop- If you call DB late in the week, maybe you will get lucky from a no show due in class on a Monday

"Status-Under Review"
I applied like 2 weeks ago, using the new application format,
and it still says "Under Review"
any of you guys have the same thing? and if anyone knows how long for them to call or just deny the app.
I applied multiple times in the past using the old application as well.

Just about everyone now pays more. I have to admit, looking at the new Allegiant TA, and the new UPS TA, etc etc, this is getting really depressing. I also thought that it was a salient point, that our management constantly tells our Union that FDX/UPS are not our competition, thus, we can't expect to paid that way. Yet, the Investor Day earlier this month laid out Atlas' planned shift to becoming an 'International Express' carrier. Right into FDX/UPS backyard. I'm trying to stay positive, but I haven't seen anything like this, and this is my 6th airline. To the newbies who just think we are peddling sour grapes, or the dreaded "well it's better than my regional." mantra. Please, I beg you, have a care. Atlas may be a decent place in the future, but weigh the consequences of a failed type ride/121 event on your record. You are putting your entire shot at the majors in jeopardy by coming here. We have had numerous failures/non-recommends in our recent classes. Stay put, even if you are an FO at your regional. Wait. Stay. Upgrade. Even if you do make it through training...look what awaits you. I AM NOT a negative person by nature, I am actually quite sunny in my disposition. Yet, look at me. Glean what you will.
