I have two friends whom submitted their resumes and PAQ's in January and I wrote them a recommend. Called HR twice and e-mailed them twice and to date the guys I'm recommending haven't even been invited to take the online assessment yet.
Was wondering what your time frame has been? I.E. When did you submit your PAQ and resume and did you have any internal recommends?

Interview
Hey all, I have an interview next week and was wondering if some of the more recent interview guys had any input on what was asked in the technical side? The more you can offer the better and most appreciated. And any info on how the new interviews go as well.. THANKS ALL!!

Not sure the interview process will be the exact same as previous gouge now that the company has booted the union out of the process? Report back on that for others that follow. Also for people coming here, the company presented an LOA to us that allegedly was to allow them to transfer planes between certificates and play the whipsaw game between Southern and Atlas. GREAT work environment here currently!

Initially, I wanted to work for Atlas, even though they don't have hats. However, with the labor strife, I would be bullied by union thugs because I believe in the success of the company is success for pilots (Do not bite the hand that feeds!) So if I am called, I will respectfully turn down an offer to score high on the test and interview process. Besides, I now have an "in" at 2 legacies and if hired , I will be one of the youngest pilots on either of the seniority lists!
Good luck to the rank and file Atlas/Southern pilots! Do not be bullied by management OR the union!

Well this did not take long. Updating my résumé tonight. Atlas is not a career airline, I see that now. Good guys and girls here, but management will not pay us what we are worth. There are too many places to go to now, so way suffer.
Sorry.. Guys I will not recommend anymore pilots.
