Aviation is pacience.
No, you'll be waiting for months for OE after the check ride, due to the lack of check airmen, or the multitude of students, or whatever. As soon as you finish OE, scheduling will put you right to work. We're short-staffed all over.

Good luck to those interviewing this week!

Fwiw, if you get out on the 767, the training program here is absolutely fantastic. Very hands on, small classes, and excellent instructors. A totally different story than from the 747 camp it seems! Also you'll enjoy a whole heck of a lot less work than the 747 guys do it seems

I used pages 1099 and 1117 of this thread, and dozens of other random pages. Jepps intro, "everything explained for the commercial pilot", "ace the technical interview", lots of google. It's kinda tight to start studying now though, no?

Ive read ace the technical and everything explained. Even have done extreme in depth research of the company. Including things on this post. I have read just about every page on this thread. I am just making sure I leave no stone unturned. Im studying to the point that I am even studying in my sleep brotha. Its game time, and im bringing my A game. Im looking to make a career out of this. Dont care to go to the majors and never gave a hoot to fly pax. Boxes dont scream. I know that a small portion of Atlas does pax charter. This is right up my alley. Hotels and airports is what im looking for..
Goodluck everyone!!!!

I've been playing galley master behind two new hires doing OE this week. They were both April hires.

Ah, galley master for OE pilots...even at our crap wages I sometimes feel guilty for how easy those days are!
