In Narita on my way home watch for a posting later. We can work 16 extended three days. Company take it on the chin if that happens. Personal note -- wife has to have emergency ack surgery. They are COMMERCIALING me home to make sure I'm there. Business class for trips overseas over I think six hours. Bottom line is. They are going out of their way to get me home in a time of need. Life is fun as long as you don't mind being gone. I personally like gone and then when home I am home. One commute a month and a travel bank if we have a cheaper way home than the company has. Bases are ORD and LAX at the present time.

Oh yeah, then there's that little bitty airplane. It helps my manhood!

Great line. You sound like someone I used to fly with - in another life - in a certain "improved" DC9.

So If you work 16 extended by 3 to 19, how many days off follow?

Hi!

I bet you get the rest of the month, like always-you lose those days off, but the co. has to pay you a lot of extra money.

Most of the cargo ops seem to operate about the same way.

I know what the APC says for hourly rates, however after all is said and done at Polar, what is a typical month look like as far as credit hours or pay? Are you usually paid trip/duty or historical block? Is deadhead paid for the trips that are international?

gotta try and some this up in one post. You get the rest of the month off if extended. You lose your days off. Go to the website and you can pull up the CBA for all of those questions.

The new and improved 9? Was that at TWA? That's where I flew the 717 and the old 9.

Deadhead is paid at 1/2 block. The money is on the 400. They have higher lines than 65. I'm on the classic and have not flown over 65 since being on the airplane. However, as I have posted in the past there have been months that I was paid over the 65. Bases as of right now are ORD and LAX.

Gotta go!
