Default New CBA

As we enter the last year of our current CBA, I was wondering what improvements you would like to see in the next CBA? I think the company and the union are in a better position then they have been in years past relationship wise.

What are some reasonable asks and are there any areas we we need to "give" back to the company?

We don't negotiate in public. My union speaks for me..

PSA -during our last negotiations these boards were filled with management and Ford and Harrison types trolling and stirring the pot. Don't fall for it.

$1000/hr and 30% 401K. I'm a NO at anything less.

What he said. As someone who has walked a picket line in this career, management will stop at nothing to low ball us and divide us. If you want to suggest improvements, message your elected union officials and let them know. NOT in public.

Have we learned nothing over the last 3 contracts?

We do not negotiate in public. Who would publicly admit what they're willing to "give back" to the company? Can you hear how crazy that sounds?

Everything that we have accomplished in the last 30 years of this company's existance has been a knock down, drag out, gutter fight. There are no give backs.
